5. AI-Generated Content
- • Content generated using our platform belongs to you

- • We do not use your content to train AI models
- • Generated content should be reviewed before publication — AI can produce inaccurate results

- • Pinterest — Social media publishing (USA)
- • Stripe — Payment processing (USA)
- • TikTok — Video publishing via TikTok Content Posting API (TikTok Privacy Policy)
- • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — Content publishing via Meta Graph API (Meta Privacy Policy)
Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy and applicable data protection agreements.
7b. Social Media Integrations
- • When you connect your TikTok account via TikTok Login Kit, we receive your TikTok OpenID, display name, and profile image — used solely to identify your connected account in our dashboard
- • When you connect your TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram account, we store OAuth access tokens securely and encrypted
- • Access tokens are used solely to publish content on your behalf — we do not access private messages, followers, or analytics
- • Data obtained from TikTok API and Meta Graph API is not sold to third parties or data brokers
- • You can revoke BLACKNODE's access to your TikTok account at any time: TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions. For Meta: Meta Business Integrations
- • Upon disconnecting your social media account or deleting your BLACKNODE account, all stored tokens and associated platform data are permanently deleted within 30 days
8. Data Retention
- • Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure
- • Generated content: Stored until you delete it or request deletion. Video files scheduled for social media publishing are retained on our servers and deleted within 30 days after successful publication
- • Email logs: Retained for 90 days
- • Cookies: As specified in the cookie table above
- • Backups: Retained for up to 30 days after deletion
9. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU/EEA Residents)
You have the right to:
- • Access your personal data
- • Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- • Data Portability — receive your data in a structured format
- • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- • Restrict processing in certain circumstances
- • Withdraw Consent at any time without affecting prior processing

10. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA (California Residents)
You have the right to:

International Transfers
Data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
